Order Processing

Orders normally take 24 hours to process before shipping and we aim for the product to be despatched on the next working day following receipt of your order - if for any reason we are out of stock on a particular buckle it may take longer - in this case we will inform you and make you aware of the delay and timescale for delivery.

UK Deliveries

Your Flash My Buckle product will be sent to you by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery. If you need your purchase quicker then please let us know - there will be additional postal charges if the product is required next day - but we will let you know if this can be achieved and what the cost is prior to agreeing to order.

If you have ordered a item from the website and have not received after 7 days, then please contact us and we can check records with Royal Mail and investigate any issues. If we have the postal record and proof of posting to your postcode, then we cannot be held liable for non-receipt of goods.

International Deliveries

For deliveries to other International countries Flash My Buckle uses Tracked Airmail. You should normally allow 5-7 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer. Any duty, VAT, Fees and Charges etc levied by the receiving country/delivery service are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that we are NOT VAT registered


If you were out when the Royal Mail tried to deliver your order, they will leave a red card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery at no extra cost, or on how and where to collect the package.

If you do not contact the Royal Mail within 7 days they will return your order to Flash My Buckle; we will then contact you to arrange redelivery which will incur a further delivery charge.


If you are not delighted with your Flash My Buckle order we will offer a refund or exchange on any unworn and unused goods (only if found to be faulty). You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please ensure all returned items are in a saleable condition with their original packaging and label intact and include the delivery note so we know who has sent it. Please return to:

Flash My Buckle does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit so you should insure the returned items.

Please note a restocking fee of £1.50 applies when returning non-faulty items.

We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items.

If you require an exchange on a non-faulty item (or a change of original order) you will be charged again for cost of postage and packaging.
