A Western Sheriff belt buckle in an antique gold-coloured finish, designed to fit a 38mm (1½in) interchangeable buckle belt. It is cut in the shape of a six-point star with SHERIFF across the centre, and when you want a different look you change the buckle, not the belt.

Why this Sheriff belt buckle

This is the badge itself, not a picture of one. The buckle is shaped as a six-point star with a small ball on each tip. A circle at the centre carries the word SHERIFF on a banner, with engraved scrollwork above and below it and patterned detail along each point.

The darker recesses against the gold-coloured raised areas give it a worn-in, old-badge look, which is what makes it work with Western outfits rather than against them. Wear it with boots and a denim shirt, add a hat if you are going all in, or keep it to jeans and a white tee for a quieter nod to the Wild West.

Because it fits an interchangeable belt, it does not have to be your only buckle. Wear the star when you want the Western edge, then swap to something different the next day. Keep the belt. Change the buckle.

How to fit it

Open the press studs at the end of your interchangeable belt, take off the current buckle, fit this one and fasten the studs again. It fits 38mm (1½") interchangeable buckle belts, such as our 38mm leather belt for buckles. This listing is for the buckle only; the belt is sold separately.

Will a Flash My Buckle buckle fit my existing belt?

Most standard designs fit a 38mm (1.5-inch) snap-on belt. Your belt must have a removable buckle with press studs or similar fastenings. Check the compatibility stated on the individual buckle page because some narrower, reversible or specialist designs differ.
Does a belt buckle include the leather belt?

No, buckles are normally sold on their own unless the product is clearly described as a set. A compatible belt can be added separately.
How do I change an interchangeable belt buckle?

Open the press studs at the buckle end of the belt, remove the current buckle, slide the new buckle into position and fasten the press studs again.
