- Receive a quotation. We will confirm the proposed specification, price and expected timescale before anything proceeds.
- Approve the design. Production only begins once the agreed design and quotation have been approved.
Made to order, wearable belt buckles
The face of the buckle is only part of the project. Its shape, finish and fastening are considered together so the completed design works as a practical belt buckle—not simply a logo placed on a flat badge.
Choose the right custom buckle fitting
The back of a custom buckle is just as important as the front. We normally recommend our fitting for 38 mm leather belts for buckles, providing a secure, practical fastening that works with our snap-on belt system. If your project needs something different, the rear fitting can be made to suit the intended belt or application.

Custom-manufactured buckles have a minimum order quantity of 30. As a guide, prices typically range from approximately £15 per buckle for a batch of 30 to around £6 per buckle on high-volume orders. Final pricing depends on the design, size, finish, colouring and fitting required. Prices exclude VAT.
Please allow up to six weeks from final design approval to delivery. We will confirm the expected timescale with your quotation.
